Relaxing atmosphere, professional, personable, adaptable and respectful in every way. I go to Alex for massage when I have back issues as he is always able to help. Unlike one reviewer, I find the music very enjoyable, and I am sure if asked, they would adjust the music to your liking.
Alex is fantastic - super responsive to any issues I’m having and easily the best massage I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend especially to anyone who has felt like massages in the past weren’t quite strong enough.
I've tried every massage therapist in Halifax it seems, but Justin is the first to ever reduce my shoulder and back pain! He is great at reading the muscles and what they need.
