Hands down the best RMT in HRM. I've been to several massage therapists over the years to treat severe neck and shoulder pain from whiplash and Alex is the only person that intuitively knew exactly what points and areas to work on. Perfect amount of pressure. Extremely thorough. Atmosphere was relaxing and I left genuinely feeling so much better. I would recommend Alex without reservation and look forward to future treatments.

Alex is truly dedicated to his clients' wellbeing and his profession; his continuous learning process is quite evident within the various & spot on technique he applies. Alex, genuinely an active listener, is able to understand his clients' pain -- even when they don't posses the proper terminology to describe their condition. Moreover, Alex has constructed a non-judgmental space that is absolutely welcoming of everyone!I have some serious damage done to my back through years of professional high impact sports and have never had proper relief (years of massage therapy) until I was treated by Alex. I have searched high and low for the best RMT in HRM and Alex is by far the best. He is professional, personable and talented in massage therapy. I have referred co workers to him and they love him just as much as I do.
