I had a very bad and unfriendly experience at a piercing studio in lower water st yesterday. I immediately made an appointment with this piercing studio because one end of my rook fell off and I unfortunately knew that the piercer I had booked for that day was unable to work. But my request was handled by a very friendly lady at the front desk who helped me screw it on without any fuss. I would say whether you are new to piercings or have multiple piercings, choose this studio, they are friendly, nice and will give you the best experience.

The waiting area is a bit small, but the facility as a whole is great; very comfortable and clean. All the staff (admin, piercers, tattoo artists) are professional, friendly, and accommodating. Had an excellent experience from booking to completion, and I definitely recommend Adept to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo in HRM.

I've gotten piercings at the bedford location and a tattoo at the Halifax location. Every experience has been great. The staff is so nice and helpful when it comes to aftercare instructions. They also sell the aftercare products you may need so you don't have to worry about going shopping later. Ashley Hamilton did my tattoo and it turned out great! It looks amazing and is exactly what i wanted. (The healed photo is from 8 months later)
