Ram was great to deal with and answered all of our questions thoroughly. After doing a detailed analysis, Patrick suggested a different material than we originally planned, explaining it would be more durable long-term, which we really appreciated. The installer was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.
Dealing with Jeff Grandy was such a pleasure. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The Area Rug selection was great and we received our area rug in less than 2 weeks. Excellent service!!!!
This past year I had the pleasure of working with Kim Guy as our church underwent a major renovation requiring new flooring. Kim’s quote was one of three obtained. It was competitive and thorough in addressing all the considerations that arose in replacing decades old flooring and working around the timelines of removing pews and painting the sanctuary while still being able to conduct weekly services. Kim’s knowledge and experience was in a league of its own. She readily addressed numerous questions and provided sound and well thought out recommendations.
