We had our very small, very 60's era, bathroom renovated by Ultimate Bath this fall and are "over the moon" with the result. From our first meeting with Gerald until the completion of the job everything went according to plan. The bathroom was taken back to the studs so we got to work with a fresh pallet. Ally was fabulous at helping us focus on the look we wanted and pulling the pieces together. Can't say enough about the installation process. Shaun and his crew are amazing craftsmen. The attention to detail...Shaun even took the old radiator cover and spray painted it black. It looks like new, and completes the bathroom. It's the small things. Everyone was fun to have around and it was sad to see them go!
Zero stars!!!! They installed a beautiful walk in shower. While doing that, put all their tools on top of my vanity with no protection which resulted in lots of scratches on my marble. No problem, ordered me a new top. On the install day, it was determined there is too much glue and they couldn’t remove it. This was after they put a big scratch in my wood and took chunks out of my marble! And they will not fix it!!! I was told they are done with me!
