Wanted to express my appreciation to 20 Degrees on the supply & installation of my ducted Fujitsu Heat Pump system. From organizing the removal of my old oil fired furnace, having all the new duct work installed & setting up my new system. Great job start to finish. Two years after the install I experienced a “no heat” issue, one of the Technicians came, was very helpful, identified the issue & completed the repair all in one visit! Top notch after sales service and was fully covered including the rural travel! Great Service!
