However, it's important to note that this is not a free study and they do not direct bill. A satisfied customer considers it one of the best investments they've made for their health. After working with Mandy, they discovered they had mild sleep apnea, which explained their headaches and lack of energy. The Snore Shop's support was crucial in getting used to the machine. I am writing my review based off the Sydney, Nova Scotia Location. I recommend this shop to any and everyone in the area who suffers with Sleep Apnea. Their Understanding and Empathy make you feel not so alone with the condition. They are well versed, professional, and will check up on you as well. Quick Responses back. From my first appointment with them getting a Sleep Study, to today getting my own machine to take home, They have been the absolute best.
I was at Snore Shop in Sydney, NS recently and got a CPAP machine. I dealt with Helen for the initial paperwork, Lindsay at the front desk during my initial visit and when I came in after my trial, and clinician Jenn for my machine set up and weekly phone call follow ups. I can say without any hesitation at all that the treatment I received from everyone I dealt was very friendly, courteous, professional. Absolutely second to none. Lindsay at the front desk especially makes you feel very welcome, is very professional, helpful in any way that she can. I would highly recommend Snore Shop in Sydney, NS to anyone.
I am travelling and forgot to take a peice of my CPAP. I went to the snore shop on Farnham gate road to see if I could purchase the piece, the lady searched and found the piece for me and never charged me. Thank you for saving my relationship and helping me have a peaceful night sleep:) she was very helpful and generous.
