I recently injured my ankle and I didn’t know what to expect for my walking boot fitting appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly and provided fantastic customer service. During the appointment, Conrad was fantastic; you can immediately tell how passionate he is about his job. He makes sure everyone he treats gets exceptional care, has the right equipment, you leave knowing how to use it, and other options as well. He even helped me adjust my crutches. I would recommend Arthritis & Injury Care to anyone, lovely experience all around.
