Jordan was absolutely excellent; the issue was different than expected and he diagnosed, found the issue, fixed on site, took thorough pictures, and gave me updates along the way. 10/10 service.
The technician arrived on time and also contacted me via text to confirm scheduling. He did what needed doing and now our heat pump gives more heat than it did before the cleaning. No complaints, could be cheaper, but so could everything else.
The service was very professional from start to finish. The only thing I expected, honestly, was that since the whole air system was cleaned, all the vents would be checked to ensure they were open and properly in place, along with turning the system on and explaining the settings and when to use each one.
Finally, although the service was necessary and well done, I found the cost quite high for what it was. If it were more affordable, I would consider having it done every few years, but at this price I’ll likely look for a way to handle it myself next time.
