The staff and workers were great at explaining the process step by step.Friendly and efficient. I had 3 heads installed and the guys were in and out, no mess.Love the look and the heat from the pumps!

Sunshine has done multiple installations for us, and we've also gone back to them for maintenance very happily. We've had a total of five interior heat pump splits attached to two external heat pump units, and their service has always been great. Their central administrator who answers the phones (Jill I believe?) is really lovely to deal with, and their staff have been very solid to excellent in customer service quality. Some day I hope to get Solar Panels, and they will be the folks I go to first!

Our oldest heat-pump (almost 10 yrs old) was not putting out any heat. Called the company that originally installed it, just went to voicemail , and never did get a return call. Called Sunshine that installed 2 heat-pumps last year. Left message on voicemail which indicated call would be returned in one business day…. 2 hours later call was returned ?. Appointment made for technician to come and take a look. Email arrived before I was even off the phone confirming appointment.Tech arrived diagnosed problem as a leak in coil in wall unit. Checked serial number unit was just within warranty. Parts have arrived and repair date set.I have to also compliment Sunshine Renewable...read full review
