We had signs made a few years back with this company & wanted to order more. We provided pictures of the signs because wanted the exact same format, font, colour, size & shape. We completed the order process & the signs were sent out ot us. When we recieved the signs were the wrong colour. The sales lady I was dealing was not able to help & passed the issue along to Heidi in management. Heidi was so quick to have the signs corrected & sent out to us! The new signs are exactly what we wanted & the customer service they provided was very fast & helpful. I plan on using their services again in the future! Thanks Heidi!
