We needed demo work done where our house got flooded in the basement. We had over 3 feet of water throughout. Scott and their crew came in got the job done quickly. Helping my stress by explaining everything about the process. They are very knowledgeable and I was impressed! I was worried about mold starting but they eliminated that worry. We were contacted by another company at our door with regards to Attic inspection. We decided to take them up on the free inspection. They indicated that there was substantial mold throughout the attic including the blown in insulation. They gave us a quote for the mold removal and to replace the insulation and bring the insulation upto R60 code. The quote was very high and we were told quote was basically sign now to get that price. We were leary and asked for more time to research so they gave us 48 hours. We reached out to 3 companies, one reached out and then didn't follow up, never heard from the second company, but heard back from Rainbow Restoration the same day...read full review
