Big shout out to the whole team but especially Mike from Glacé Bay, in particular. He was as a complete gentleman, always checking for satisfaction throughout and even had the team wash their hands before working with our white couch. So impressed. Way to go and thank you so much!
We worked with Jessica do you estimate the cost of the move and her predictions were very reliable. On the day of the move the gentleman arrived as planned, were extremely careful and conscientious and at the same time, fun to work with.
Excellent service at the office end...efficient and friendly especially since our move was quick due to a quick close when we sold our house. Movers were careful and worked efficiently. When they left we discovered the skeleton key from an antique bonnet chest that has been in our family for 3 generations was missing. The movers had forgotten to give it to us so it was mailed to us. Sadly my only complaint is that when we received the envelope with the invoice there was a tear in the envelope and the key was no longer contained in the envelope. Perhaps had it been wrapped more carefully for mailing we would have gotten it back. It would be great if they could replace this. Otherwise pleased with the service.
