From the quote to booking to communication, our experience with Thompson's has been amazing! The crew of 4 arrived, were friendly, handled every item with care, and incredibly hard working! I had to remind them to slow down and take breaks. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
They moved us locally within Dartmouth. Both locations were tricky for the truck. The team did an amazing job, very professional, efficient and courteous. It was a boiling hot day. Because of the steep driveway at our new place they had to park at the bottom and walk everything up the hill. Exhausting! But they did it and even called back up when they saw how much longer it was going to take. All in it went 2-hours over the quote. It is just a quote. But I called and spoke to Phil and gave him some feedback about how the movers weren't prepared for our new driveway. He was very nice about it, understanding, and fair. We had Thompson company move my mother from sackville to Windsor. We actually had booked for April 25. We were able to move it to wenesday April 17 we no fuss at all. They guys showed up shortly before 8am had everything packed to go in hour. Arrived at new place and hour after that . Had everything unloaded and set up again In hour and were on there way back to shop. Very polite and pleasant staff . I highly recommend. Amy the co-ordinator was very fast and efficient getting it all organized for us .
