I went in to recover my access to my phone, and a very kind gentleman helped me through the process.This was a great find as we were in from out of town. I would certainly recommend it. ?

I just left this location and trust me when I say that, this place is the one to go to for repairs.The guy was very fast, helpful and friendly! I promise if I ever need my phone looked at again I will be coming back.Thank you!!

I went in to see if my mobile phone charging issue can be resolved. It was resolved quickly as it turn out there's dust residue in charging port. My charging is back to normal. The representative was very friendly and accomodate. Definitely recommended.

No phone calls, no follow up, I visited 4 times over 2 weels to find out if my replacement screen arrived only to learn that it was already there and again no one called, emailed or messaged me. If you have an urgent screen repair, don't use this company.

Instead of stopping to listen to what was actually wrong and suggesting a different location, suggested to buy whole new product accessory that was $100+ and THEN say they do not fix the issue in particular. Should say that in the first interaction when asked if it could be fixed rather than just pushing for more product sell. Very disappointed with the staff here recently. Used to be a regular recommender and customer and will no longer be doing either.

I went there and this guy was just great man always had a smile on his face it was supposed to be a 3 hour job did it In less then an hour he literally called me back while I was on the way home saying it was done absolutely astounding preformance5/5 would recommend
