We upgraded my husband's iPhone this evening and had the pleasure of dealing with Cary at the Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Professional and meticulous in explaining our contract and the functions on the new phone. He just finished dealing with a most disagreeable client and maintained his composure and professionalism.
