I cannot say enough good things about my physiotherapist, Samantha. We do physio in the pool due to my current mobility issues, and from start to finish of every appointment, I leave feeling like I am not only gaining ground towards my recovery and movement goals, but also educated and confident in the treatment decisions she is making for me.
She explains every exercise we are doing thoroughly, and brings it all back to my core issues and how the exercise will help me get where I need to be. She is friendly, enthusiastic, and very kind when I am dealing with pain during our sessions. I would recommend her without hesitation.
We had an excellent experience with this physio. From the very first session, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about my husnand's recovery. The personal touch made a huge difference(Thx Brent) — everything was clearly explained, and the treatment was tailored to his needs. Thanks to their expertise and support, He made a 100% recovery. Robert Macdonald has been very helpful with my slow and painful recovery. I will be reccomending him to everyone as I found he has amazing bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and has been able to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
