I went in with a brand new iPad just out of the box that I could not get to reset. It went into a loop lockdown. They took me in right away and handled it with care within 45 minutes. I was on my way. Highly recommend.

They did a great job of replacing a decrepit Fusion drive in a six-year-old iMac with a solid-state drive. The computer has a new lease on life and seems like a speed demon again! I'm grateful for Mac East's assistance.
