Have visited this shop twice - once to purchase a Bernina embroidery foot and again to get my machine serviced. Both visits were fantastic - not to mention the friendly door greeter. Kelly was prompt via email communication to answer any questions I had prior to coming in, and my machine is running as if it's never been used!

Wow. I just spoke with the owner, Kelly, on the phone about machines. She was kind, knowledgeable and honest. I’m amazed that she spent 15 mins talking to me about research for a purchase. She gave me tips and advice on which machines she recommends and which ones were in my price range. She made the difference between me getting a machine from her or from the secondhand market.
