I recently had some foam cut and upholstered by the previous owner of Custom Foam for a custom corner couch/bed and had a five star experience. The owner was friendly and professional and did a great job. When I went back to have some additional work done there were new owners who were equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable They provided regular updates on the progress of my job and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the final product - which I was. I had these folks provide foam and batting for a bench seat cushion. There was a misunderstanding in the required length. Once I got the product home and realized the mistake, I contacted them right away. They were so professional in saying bring it back right away, and that they’d ensure it’s the right size for my project. They corrected it on the spot ( to save me another trip). They were so gracious and wonderful to deal with. Exceptional customer service ! Highly recommend !!
