Best service of Duncan, on time, fast for response, delivery and pick up was included just for 39$ extra but it worth, loved the communication and their accuracy, taking care of my wool rugs very well, really recommended it if your admire clean work this is the best one,

Called in on Tuesday having 7.5 x 9.5 wool rug and requested it be done by Friday. Easy drop off although I couldn’t lift or carry it ? and I was told it could be picked up by them. This beautiful rug had several older dog urine stains and a few recent ones along with other markings. Thinking it has most likely not been cleaned for quite some time. Called Friday morning and was told it was ready and they could even help me to the car with it The rug is now back where it belongs and looks almost better than brand new! Service was second to none Thank you ? I will be back for my car detailing soon too ?

Contacted Duncan on Wednesday and the job was done the very next morning as we could not take the chance that the stain would set even further into the area rug. The technician that came out was very friendly and did an absolutely spectacular job. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend this company if you need your carpets cleaned.
