Absolutely outstanding service! I needed a graduation bouquet at the very last moment, and they went completely out of their way to make it happen. They kept me updated throughout the process, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even had the bouquet ready an hour earlier than expected. The arrangement was beautiful and the customer service was genuinely caring and attentive. Highly recommend — 5-star service all around!
I received an extraordinary bouquet from my son yesterday and it is by far the most spectacular and assorted arrangement, in an amazing cut glass vase, that I have ever received. This is the second day, and it becomes more magnificent as the various flowers begin to bloom. Even the card was extra special as it is not your supermarket tiny card. It was delivered in a box which was packed with tissue and cellophane to protect everything and there was a QR code to make it very easy to send a gratitude note. I would highly recommend Flower Trends florist for anyone who wants to be assured that the recipient will get exactly what you hoped.
Exceeded my expectations. I live on Vancouver Island, BC so I am always hesitant ordering flowers for my Mom in Nova Scotia especially with bad experiences in the past with other florists.
