Dealing with the team at Floors Etc was the best experience. We recently did a new build with them and they made the entire process easy to understand and fun. Jacqueline worked with us on our vision and was excellent at helping with colour matching and ensuring our home had the right flow. Excellent experience from the start! Doug was approachable and provided great input. I had a good feeling from the beginning and was not disappointed. The installation of our entire main floor was done in a week, with amazing attention to detail. Very happy with the overall result and the interaction with both Doug and the installers. Highly recommend!
