Best place on earth! Update: Trained here for 6 years now, it's always been my home. The coaching is world class and is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Stop waiting and come give it a try! Gain confidence and learn new skills with great people!

Fit Plus is as legit as it gets for Martial Arts training. Train along alongside other MMA enthusiasts as well as pro-fighters. And don't worry, as a weekday warrior like myself, I get the same quality and attention to detail instruction that the pro fighters receive. Great place to train, get in shape and make new friends.
