We could not be happier with the service we received. We consulted 15+ HVAC companies before going with Eastwing. They were able to get us an appointment right away to replace our unit, they were completely upfront about the cost and warranty. Most importantly, the two service folks who came in to do the install were incredibly respectful, kind, and cleaned up after themselves even better than we could have! I can’t recommend them more. Paul was also super kind and easy to deal with to get everything set up. We made the exact right choice and I thank them so much for the service they provided.

I had an issue with my heat pump on Sunday. Called in and made an appointment, but a slot opened up earlier that worked for me. Office staff and the tech that arrived at my home were very professional and courteous. Tech found the issue after troubleshooting and got my system up and running in about an hour. I was very pleased with my service call.

Had a heat pump installed. It replaced an older one that was not working. The installation was exceptional.Later, there was a problem with the new unit. The office arranged for a technician to take care of the problem.I am very happy with the sales and service from this company and highly recommend them to anyone.
