“A week before my wedding I noticed that my dress needed a few simple alterations . I brought it in to Halifax tailor because I just happened to be in the area ( I was on my way with the dress to another tailor in Clayton park)
The ladies seemed so busy when I walked in but promptly helped me! I was in and out in 5 min while they put a few pins in the dress and I was able to pick it up in 2 days as promised!! Excellent service !! Highly recommend!!“

“I dropped off two blazers. Ivory Blazer had some stains and requested to remove them if they can. One Navy Blazer had some foods and dirt, but no stains and requested to clean them.I went to pick it up and looked like it was never even cleaned. Stains still on the jacket and foods and dirt still on the jackets.The employee called asked the people who cleans them and said that it was cleaned and I still have to pay. I am attaching the photos to prove that it was not cleaned at all. I left my jackets and asked to talk to the owner. The employee told me that the owner will take a look at it tomorrow morning. I will update after tomorrow for this review, but for now this place is terrible place to take your clothing to clean. Not reliable or honest in my opinion.UPDATES: The owner called and apologized. I appreciate this. Also the company did not see the form that was attached giving permission to do wet clean. They will re-send to give a good wet clean to help remove stains and spots. Changing to Three star for now.New Updates: As the owner promised after the phone conversation, jacket came back very clean. I am very happy.Service: Cleaning“
