I cannot say enough amazing things about Lutfi at Lana’s Tailor Shop!

After recently moving to Halifax, I found myself in a stressful situation just two weeks before leaving for a wedding in Europe. I had taken my dress to another seamstress who charged me for three alterations and unfortunately completely ruined the fit of my dress.

Thankfully, I found Lutfi! Not only did he work quickly to undo the previous alterations, but he took the time and care to make sure everything was properly tailored to my body shape. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and genuine care for his customers are truly exceptional. When I tried on my dress, it was absolutely PERFECT!

I highly recommend Lana’s Tailor Shop in Halifax. Lotfi’s craftsmanship, experience, and attention to detail are exceptional. He takes genuine pride in his work, and it shows in every piece he handles.

What I value most is the trust I have in Lotfi, even with expensive and irreplaceable garments, including pieces that have been in my family for many years. I know they are in good hands.

Lotfi is also a pleasure to deal with: friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in understanding what you need. He is a proud Turkish Canadian, and I feel his appreciation for tradition, craftsmanship, and quality comes through in his work.
