Zach is by far the best physio around. I’ve come to him with many different injuries over the years (ankles, knees, wrists etc.) and he’s always left me feeling healthy and happy! Great physio and even better person!

Awesome spot to go for physio and massage. So close to home made the stress of visits minimal after being rear ended. Calvin for physio and Adrienne for massage are amazing in their work. When the pain is felt they go slower with less pressure. Usually a few laughs each session which is good especially with the stress caused from the accident. I feel its slow improvement though, but they both tell me that is natural based on the injury. Thanks guys.

I have been going to PT health in Cole Harbour for close to 6 years now! Zach is an amazing physiotherapist and has helped me through numerous injuries, and is one of the kindest out there :) I also recently started to see Jay for massage and he has been helping tremendously so far!
