What made this experience even more impressive is that I purchased the car through FaceTime. Todd took the time to show me every detail of the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the purchase. He also walked my wife through every step of the process, explaining everything clearly and making it incredibly easy for us.
