Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond during his inspection and laying the traps, gave good advice and seemed to really care about our situation. He gave me a 2 hr heads up that he would be on time give or take. He showed up right on time!

He helped get rid of some ugly buggies in our unit and my family couldn't be more grateful! it's been a almost a month since he had last been into my unit and since seeing Trent, we haven't seen any bugs! thank you for services! you've really eased my mind and brought peace to our home, thank you!!

The technicians I've met over the years are great, minus the newest one. If the slumlord that runs the building I live in, would actually treat more than my apartment, maybe the issues would be dealt with but I think they're all pretty knowledgeable in what they do and if the landlords at 50 roleika drive would listen to their suggestions, maybe the issue could be under control.
