Just had a plumbing emergency late Saturday night. Called Ken at 8pm and he came right over. Ken is professional and personable. He fixed my issue very quickly. I was scared we weren't going to have running water for the rest of the weekend before he came. I called a bunch of plumbers who advertise 24/7 emergency service but many of these other plumbers are falsly advertising. Ken at KP Plumbing and Heating really does offer 24/7 emergency service and I am so happy I called him!

Great response and arrived earlier than he planned. Price charged came out to be less by $110.00 than initially quoted! Removal and installation of new water tank took only 1 hour 15 minutes. Team worked fast and well as a pit crew. I asked if they could dispose of my old hot water heater and they only charged me $20.00 which in my opinion was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company in the future if I require Plumbing. Thanks guys! Overall very satisfied!Service: Water heater installation
