Our cat Lily stayed at the Valley Cat Hotel for a month in October while we got married abroad. I am SO happy I found them, Lily enjoyed her time there & seemed very comfortable when we picked her up. I also really appreciated the occasional photo & update. Thank you again, we will definitely book her in again for our next trip!
I've been going here for years and to Crystal for about a year, and I can't recommend them enough. She does a great gradual taper, I always feel comfortable, and they're great about being able to squeeze me in last minute before meetings etc. Never left feeling like I had a bad haircut.

I called at end of day, after hours for service call re my sump pump issue. He was at my house within the hour from more than 30 minutes away. He was fast, friendly, knowledgable and very good at getting things corrected . Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Hot water tank failed after a big storm. Unrelated I'm sure. 07:45 I call. Answers right away. Although dealing with an above avg amount of calls, he still took the time to walk through a couple solutions over the phone. Then reached out again and hour later to inform me he would be able to send someone out. Although I no longer needed the help. That's what service feels like.
