Our cat Lily stayed at the Valley Cat Hotel for a month in October while we got married abroad. I've been going here for years and to Crystal for about a year, and I can't recommend them enough. She does a great gradual taper, I always feel comfortable, and they're great about being able to squeeze me in last minute before meetings etc. Never left feeling like I had a bad haircut.
I called at end of day, after hours for service call re my sump pump issue. He was at my house within the hour from more than 30 minutes away. He was fast, friendly, knowledgable and very good at getting things corrected . Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
