“For some reason, pedicures usually only last me 3–4 days, but Martin did his (thorough) magic and made the polish last six weeks! I traveled throughout Southeast Asia in flip-flops, and my pedicure didn’t even get a chip. This was my first time visiting J'Adore, and now I won’t be going anywhere else. Their team was also really nice and engaging.

I also love that they have an online booking system. I don’t like doing walk-ins because you usually have to wait around, but when you book online, they honor your time slot and get to work as soon as you arrive.“

“Kenzie is a miracle worker. After years of terrible haircuts I came in for a consultation and cut. She blew my mind. She immediately understood my hair type and how to fix the situation. Since that first haircut I have kept returning for future cuts and even had some fun with colours!

As a queer women, I immediately felt that this was a safe space. We always have such good conversations and Kenzie is just so relatable. I’m so grateful to them and am looking forward to my next appointment!

There are decades of experience between them, so their work is outstanding. Everything was clean, well organized and cared for. But it's the atmosphere that surprised and delighted us. Everyone, including other customers, was laughing and relaxing. It felt like a group of friends hanging out. A family atmosphere.

Special mention to the matriarch of the operation! She is a masterful artist. Quick, efficient, and her work was the best we'd seen. She took the photos and videos of our nails. She has an artists eye, and clearly a great relationship with many long time customers.
