I maxed out my insurance coverage that’s why I’m unable to come back :( but I no longer have severe migraine… thank you for the both doctors I met specially to Dr. Chen.

Very toxic, unprofessional, stressful work environment. Also very racist especially to Indian people, the one owner said they only want white English people working for them, so people can understand them. My boyfriends sister who is Indian went for an interview and all they said was "oh your english no good", interview didn't even last 2 minutes. Constantly micro managed, harrassed, and sometimes others book and it becomes over booked then you dont get a break or lunch. Even while on lunch expect to be interrupted and be put back to work. Also you can expect the owner to call you 40 times a day. Your told the job description yet told to do things out of your job description. Many times patients would come out with needles still in them. Patients sometimes lay there for 30 minutes before the dr even go in. I quit due to stress, I mailed the keys in not knowing you couldnt send by regular mail. They charged me nearly $200 to replace locks. Honestly I feel like they just set the whole thing up because they are salty, if someone found random keys, I do not think they would know what in the world those keys were for. Over all just a bad experience working there. I heard things before, I should have listened but instead I learned the hard way.

I switched jobs so my usual places for acupuncture were no longer convenient. I tried to find a place closer to my home and the reviews were good here. This is probably the 5th different acupuncturist, I tried in my life, so I have seen some different skill levels and techniques. This was probably the worst treatment I ever received. I had to do an initial assessment that took 5 minutes tops that cost $60. It consisted of him reading what I wrote on the intake form. This was not covered in my medical plan because he charged me for my treatment on top of the initial assessment and Blue Cross only covers first $110 per treatment. I went back for a second treatment a few days later to confirm the quality of the treatment (biggest mistake). I have been in more pain after meeting with him than before I went. Now I must find someone to fix what he did wrong. The second treatment he spent only 30 minutes treating me and charged me for an hour treatment. I did not realize until I got to my car how long the time took. I called the next day and they confirmed that all treatment should take an hour. Maybe I should be happy because an hour with this quack could only cost me more money in the long run. STAY AWAY.

Frozen shoulder. Came in for acupuncture with Dr.Chen...Not only did my pain get better, but i haven’t slept so well in ages.Tried acupuncture first with a Physiotherapist and thought it was all placebo effect for people because it didn’t work for me at all. I don’t really do alternative medicine. Wouldn’t have tried again if I didn’t get recommended and I have no regrets. This is probably the most energetic I’ve felt since my 20’s. Not sure what else they do: saw pamphlets while I was waiting for smoking treatments, etc, so I’m sure there’s more, but pain relief, for sure.

I've been seeing Dr Li and Dr Chen for a few months now and I am totally happy with each treatment. Dr Li is around my age, and fully understand my worries and can provide comforting advice. Anxiety, sleeping issues, fibroids and overall well being are just a few reasons why I visit the clinic on a weekly basis.I started acupuncture treatments about 2.5 years ago and my first treatment was at the acupuncture school, upstairs from Dr Li & Chen's clinic in Bedford (Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine). I was going throught empty nest syndrome and refused medication suggested by my family doctor. A good combination of exercice, diet and many visits with students made all the difference. Each visit provided me a sense of well being and gave a chance to each student to do some practice. After a while, my trust in them allowed them to try different techniques and so far have tried acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, massages and ear seeds treatments. I would recommend both locations to anyone. Prices at the school are very affordable and provide the students a way to finish their practicum portion of their studies.
