Very spacious and clean facility with down to earth and friendly people, including coaches (met Dave and Corey). Highly recommend - whether for a drop-in or if you are looking for a CF box to call home in the area.
Did a drop-in at this box while passing through. Had a great workout, there was enough space and equipment for open-gym and classes in parallel. Coaches and other members were very friendly and helpful. Going for another drop-in on our way back :)
Amazing staff and owners. I would recommend this place to anyone of any fitness level. The workouts are fantastic and the people even better. What a great way to start the New Year off right...............join now!
