I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the Adept Tattoos (Halifax) location yesterday. I had contacted Lucy via Instagram with a tattoo idea, and she was very responsive and helpful. I chose Lucy as the tattoo I wanted had a lot of small detail and fine lines, and I understand she specializes in these areas. When I was waiting for her to be ready the day of the appointment, she had printed out different sizes of the tattoo for me to look at in the waiting area, so I had time to decide. We had such a wonderful experience at Adept Tattoos and Body Piercing Studio, especially with Bo Bagnell.
He pierced both of our children’s lobes in one appointment, and from start to finish, the experience was incredibly positive. The receptionist and Bo were so patient while we sat in the waiting room and let the kids warm up to the space and atmosphere. They were very nervous and it honestly took close to an hour for them to work through their nerves after we arrived. Not once did anyone rush us.

Three of us were recently in for piercings with Andrew. He took the time to look at our ears, advise on what he thought would or wouldn't work and why. He even offered advice on old piercings from other studios, for improvements and better care moving forward. He talked us through our anxiety, we all felt very little discomfort, and I, personally, have felt no pain or discomfort from mine since! I would highly recommed Andrew and we have already made plans to return!
