I took a lovely gentle yoga class, the guy on the phone told me what classes would be available the day I wanted to come. I could come back for hot yoga later today. Plenty of weights & cardio. Co-ed dry sauna. Wet sauna in ladies locker room. Indoor and outdoor pools. All for $20! It's hot here in june, im very thankful for this place. Clean & friendly. Shaded tables outside, free coffee.

The best massage therapist in town, hands-down I’ve been seeing emily for almost a year now she’s the reason why I’m a member of Southside Spa. I had hurt my ankle two months ago and I swear to God if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be walking right now.

Okay, so if you want the best massage in the world go see Emily. She's the best, perfect touch, not too hard not too soft and very kind. The front desk here is on top of their stuff, facilities clean. Definitely returning.

I had a concern that management addressed promptly. I was going to cancel my membership but decided to stay because of their timeliness. Wished they would remove laminated signs. Annoying that they are right in front of my favorite treadmill. Wished they had TVs in front of treadmills on the wall instead. The front desk staff are great!

I have been a member for 6+ months now and the cleanliness has way down hill. Also they need some kind of light in the steam room. I saw a couple grouping each other and making
out. I come to do a steam to relax, not watch people have sexual encounters.

We stayed at a campground right down the road for a couple weeks, so we got a one month pass for $95+tax each, no initiation fee. Worth every penny. It's one of the cleanest gyms we've been to, equipment is great and well maintained. People are friendly. It was a bonus to have the outside hot tub, cold plunge, and a couple lounge chairs. Class schedule is robust and are well attended. Highly recommend!
