I am on vacation, at the rv park .5 mil away. What a fabulous value here!
$20, they let me borrow a lock. I took a lovely gentle yoga class, the guy on the phone told me what classes would be available the day I wanted to come. I could come back for hot yoga later today.
Plenty of weights & cardio.
Co-ed dry sauna. Wet sauna in ladies locker room. Indoor and outdoor pools. All for $20!
It's hot here in june, im very thankful for this place.
Clean & friendly. Shaded tables outside, free coffee.

The best massage therapist in town, hands-down I’ve been seeing emily for almost a year now she’s the reason why I’m a member of Southside Spa. I had hurt my ankle two months ago and I swear to God if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be walking right now.

Okay, so if you want the best massage in the world go see Emily. She's the best, perfect touch, not too hard not too soft and very kind. The front desk here is on top of their stuff, facilities clean. Definitely returning.
