Joy. Totally joy is what comes to mind when working with Lisa. And was genuinely sad when it was over because I loved our time riding along out on the trail together. I was in a 1031 exchange so the purchase I was after had to check a number of boxes. It’s always a bit complicated looking for a replacement property. Which eliminated a lot of the market potential. And time was of the essence.
