Linda is the worst property manager I have ever worked with in my life as a renter. I was appalled at the condition of the home after being rented through Remax. I truly want to warn not only tentants but property owners of the lack of professionalism and all around lack of consideration for what Remax is supposed to stand for. We all go through this process to ensure that one rent is paid on time, repairs are made in a timely matter and that the property is maintained and taken care of. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience ever! I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a casita for rent. Linda responded here and there but when I asked to see the property I received no response. Sad thing I had six months rent money in hand the owner lost out over BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Don’t waste your time with this company.
