This location along with its staff are efficient, friendly, and caring. The Physician was thorough and explained the type of medication and what to expect. I was able to easily make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Check-in on the app is simple and then only a short wait. I fully trust this urgent care provider.

I lost the tube from my ear which is normal after the time it has been in. However, in the process, I have an infection. Was super lucky as someone had cancelled when I walked in and I was able to get right in. The reception person was very professional and kind. The nurse asst who logged me in was great and quick. The man who inspected my ear confirmed my fear. BUT, I was in and out quickly with a referral and a prescription. I pleasant experience for me even while I was hurting. Call first before going to save some time.

The appt was on time amd service was excellent. Our PA, Mike, was efficient, thorough and empathetic. My gusband and I went in to have several prescriptions refilled and the entire process (from obtaining vitals data to paperwork) was easier than expected. Facility was clean and clearly very well run. Highly recommend.
