I have been a regular customer of Universal Cuts for a good part of my life, about 10+ years. I have tried other barbers and nobody's ever came close to the haircut quality that Yuri provides. She does an amazing job everytime & it always comes out perfect! The haircut quality is flawless, customer service is exceptional & price point is excellent. I could never see myself going anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!10 out of 10 🌟
Welcoming environment but poorly done haircut, asked for a taper and it looks like someone passed a dull razor blade and didn't remove hair, that fact that I had to go home and fix it myself is frustrating especially when your a paying for a service
Interesting place. But the customer service is low quality, the ladies there seem to be personally offended that one walks in to get a haircut and interrupts their gossip session. The hair stylists are competent enough but I would be wary of asking anything modern or complex. They don't take credit/debit cards, only cash, had to rush to the ATM after my haircut. What an inconvenience.
