Nurse Practitioner Carla Moya Crites is the first medical professional to actually listen to me. Other doctor's have been very dismissive in my past. I'm grateful to have found her.

Phones rarely get answered by office or nursing staff. All I need is my "blank" surgical referral and US results faxed to Presbyterian. Looks like I'm going to have to walk in to get my medical needs handled effectively, efficiently and expeditiously.

Initial experience with Dr. Kastendieck was good. Front office and nurses were very nice and professional. The doc saw me quickly, explained everything well and the procedure went smoothly (I think). I brought in a sample for testing a few months later as told and that was the end of it. I never found out the results of my test or if the procedure was successful. It has been months and I have called many times, no one answers the phone or calls back. I am now looking for a new doctor who can finish the job.
