United Rentals is a small equipment yard with a very helpful and friendly crew. The team is pleasant, understanding, and ready to work effortlessly. They are known for going above and beyond to get customers the equipment they need exactly when needed, including overnight deliveries. With the industry's largest fleet of expertly-maintained heavy equipment and tools for rent or sale, they are a contributing member of the community. Customers would gladly work with this location again.
Front desk ctaff where kind, respectfully, and very helpful. My only gripe was the gentleman that came out to load the equipment. He had a very poor attitude. Treated the equipment as though it insulted him as well as rude and vulgar towards me while loading up.
Small equipment yard with a great crew to work with.Delivered a 31,165lb Telehandler from the United Rentals overnight. Crew were friendly and ready to effortlessly offload with no wait.Would gladly turn the wheel to work with this location again.
Rental Associate went out to check scissor lift that had just come in and call me back within minutes to finish the rental agreement for the same day. That is excellent customer service!
