My Technician David Thomas was absolutely amazing! He took the time to go over every detail of my house. Including, pointing out safety issues that were never on my radar. David was thorough with his work and went the extra mile to assure he got everything. Appreciate the effort and knowledge from Truly Nolen employees.
I’m a recent return customer. Thomas showed up on time, knows his business, and communicated well with me. I can’t say enough good things about Thomas. Just a wonderful person and technician.
Some improvements I’d like to see with the business are: make the local office more accessible and provide more timely response. I don’t want to talk to someone in another state. When I do try to get in touch with the local Santa Fe office, I want to talk to a person and get a timely response from the local manager. Also, I’d like a service more tailored to my situation.
