I've had Billy from Territorial Plumbing out twice to work on issues and he did an outstanding job both times. In the first instance, he quickly diagnosed a problem with our radiant heat that had been going on for months and that two other heating companies had waved their hands about and barely investigated. He rewired one valve to connect to the right thermostat and installed a wireless thermostat to another valve that was wired to completely the wrong thermostat. In the second instance, he diagnosed a problem with a steam shower generator and helped me get new parts outside of the warranty period form Mr Steam (thank you Billy and Mr Steam). I experienced timely and appropriate communication both in scheduling ll and in a call prior to arrival for preparation. My driping facuet required parts that they offered to get and return to install, but also informed me the manufacturer would replace free of charge directly to me within 10 days charged no service call, and come back to install the needed parts. As promised Kohler is sending all parts needed free of charge. My feeling is that this company is building business for the long term and not just a single opportunity.
