I'm a middle aged woman trying to convert my garage into an apartment. Due to limited income, I've had to oversee this project on my own. I'm learning as I go, and have had a hard time getting help with this. I ran across Isaac while looking for used affordable windows and I can't say enough about how wonderful he has been. He personally took me to the windows that were available. He measured them for me, and explained how each one worked and how they needed to be installed. Steve came out to look at our trombe widow which has had a rather poor repair job at some point. Sadly, it can’t be repaired without tearing out the whole wall of windows, but Steve took the time to research it with Jeld-wen and emailed me back with the information and some suggestions. Most contractors would not have even taken the time to email back. When we need windows I’ll be reaching out to him again. Thank you Steve.

After getting ghosted by Joseph of The Glass Act (who works with Anderson Windows), I researched and found Sunwest Construction Specialties. Johana the manager was extremely helpful. She had Mike out the next day, ordered the replacement Anderson window, crank/handle hardware, and it was installed a month or so later. Price was reasonable for the quality of window and service.
