I had a wonderful several visits to this Santa Fe location to get glasses and contacts. They helped me as a first time customer to navigate the eye exam and my prescriptions. Trinkie was extremely helpful and professional at every visit. I loved working with Trinkie. I would highly recommend Stanton Optical.
I went into Stanton optical and at first I wasn't sure about the promotion they are running about two pairs of glasses, they are definitely doing that and it's a great price. I was met by Morgan and she is an absolutely wonderful person, very pleasant and helpful, an absolute treat to talk to. Stephanie the Tech was also so wonderful and helpful, a joy to meet her as well. Jocelyn was very pleasant and helpful. If it were just for the great price, I'd totally recommend coming to Stanton optical but, the staff was amazing and sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd go back just to visit them and well that great price too. 5 Stars, more like 10 Stars for the staff.
I have used Stanton for all my exams. However, there is only one associate that I will work wit now. Their name is a Trinkie! Super professional, helpful and beyond all measures kind! I have worked with multiple people in the past, but have had horrible experiences. One gentleman was too lazy to even check for my old script when I went in to ask. Not only did he do a horrible job but he was rude to me as well! I was working with Trinkie this past Saturday and they had to take lunch and I decided to come back when they returned from lunch simply due to the care that they provided! I was so happy with my selection which Trinkie helped with!
