Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. I don't regularly require eye care so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technician to the doctor we're absolutely friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Dr Byrne was such a joy and answered all of my questions patiently. 10 out of 10!

I had an early appointment and the weather was bad I was nervous it was going to be closed. To my surprise I was greeted by two of the sweetest ladies! Doctor Uher is great, she’s very helpful!

I found my experience here to be unprofessional. The eye exam was fine, but then I was billed for an eye refraction charge I wasn't informed of at the time of my visit. I went back to the office to dispute it, was stonewalled by on site billing and told to call a billing number. They cleared it up right away and I returned to go place the order for the frames & lenses that had been previously determined, only to be told "we only keep that paperwork for a month" meaning my choices on frames are now forgotten and they just lost a sale. In the age of computer databases - what do you mean you "can't recall what lenses I chose in a consultation?" I'll find another spot interested...read full review
