What a pleasant experience buying a washer and dryer at Sierra West. I am new to the area from Maine. I happened upon this place while at the motor vehicle department express location. Everyone in the store was so helpful. I mistakenly did not properly measure the space for the new washer and dryer and had originally purchased the pedestals. They quickly refunded the money for the pedestals and came that same day to install the new washer and dryer. Jose and Miguel were so friendly and thorough. From the time we walked in the door to the date of installation, we had the BEST experience with Sierra West Sales. Tyler not only knows the products, but his customer services skills are exceptional. The installation team was super efficient and they answered all of our questions with a smile. We purchased a Wolf oven and stovetop and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Tyler personally came to our home three times--to take measurements, check that everything was ready for installation, and to troubleshoot an issue during installation. In a world full of rocks, Tyler is a gem!
